No-Entry Silo Cleaning with BinWhip and BinDrill
Bluepower’s main specialty is no-entry silo cleaning, using advanced robotic systems from Pneumat. Our dual impact BinWhip and BinDrill solutions allow us to clean silos safely, efficiently, and without water flushing or manual entry.
If required, the BinDrill first drills a channel to open a flow path in the silo. Then the dual impact BinWhip robot is lowered from the top. Its rotating arms loosen material from the silo walls, ensuring a complete clean without anyone entering the silo.
This automated process is highly efficient and cost-effective, reducing downtime, improving safety, and eliminating risks associated with confined-space work.
